학우분들의 뜨거운 관심 덕분에 이번 야구 단체 관람 신청이 조기 마감되었습니다. 선착순 접수 결과, 8월 18일(화) 오후 3시 30분경 모든 신청이 완료되었음을 안내드립니다. 관심 가져 주시고 신청해 주신 모든 분께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

○ 신청 완료자 확정 문자 발송 기준 안내
- 기간: 8월 16일(일) 12:00 - 8월 18일(화) 15:30
- 조건: 대상 기간 내 입금 완료 + 구글폼 작성 완료
- 확정 문자 발송 시점: 입금일 기준 다음날 19시 - 23시
* 입금과 구글폼을 정상적으로 완료했음에도 확인 문자를 받지 못하신 경우, ‘총학생회 사회교류국 카카오톡 채널’ @skkugradu로 연락 부탁드립니다.

○ 신청 마감 이후 입금 건 환불 안내
- 입금 시점: 8월 18일(화) 15:30 이후
- 환불 절차: 문자로 발송된 구글폼을 통해 환불정보 입력
- 환불 안내 문자 발송 시점: 8월 18일(화) 19시 - 23시
* 8월 18일(화) 19시 - 23시에 환불 안내 문자를 받지 못한 경우, @skkugradu로 연락 부탁드립니다.
* 티켓 양도 및 판매는 금지되어 있으며, 적발 시 향후 행사 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.

[2026 SKKU Group Baseball Game Event – Early Closing & Refund]

Greetings, we are the 58th SKKU Student Council, S’PEAK.

Due to high demand, registration for the group baseball game has closed early at around 3:30 PM on Aug 18 (Tue). Thank you to everyone that showed interest and applied.

○ Confirmation Message (for successful applicants)
- Period: August 16 (Sun) 12:00 - August 18 (Tue) 15:30
- Requirement: Payment completed + Google Form submitted within the period
- Message sent: Next day (based on payment date), 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
* If both steps were completed but no message was received, contact SKKU Student Council S'PEAK – Committee of Community Relations KakaoTalk Channel @skkugradu

○ Refund (for payments after closing)
- Payment after: Aug 18 (Tue) 15:30
- Method: Submit refund info via the Google Form in the message
- Message sent: Aug 18 (Tue) 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* If no message is received, contact SKKU Student Council S'PEAK – Committee of Community Relations KakaoTalk Channel @skkugradu
