[2026년도 동계 학위복 대여 사업 안내]

안녕하세요, 성균관대학교 제58대 총학생회 S'PEAK입니다.

2026년도 동계 학위복 대여 사업을 다음과 같이 실시하오니 대상 학우분들께서는 일정에 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

❄️ 학위복 대여 안내

○ 사업 대상

2026년도 2월 학위 수여자

※ 본 학위복 대여 사업에서는 학사 및 석사 학위복만 대여 가능합니다.

※ 재학생, 수료생, 기졸업자는 대여가 불가능합니다.

○ 사업 일정

대여 기간: 2026. 2. 12. (목) - 2026. 2. 25. (수) (2. 15. (일) - 2. 18. (수)는 설 연휴로 인해 운영하지 않습니다.)

대여 시간: 매일 9:00 - 18:00

반납 규정: 대여 당일 18시까지 (당일 18시까지 미반납 시 연체료 부과)

○ 대여 장소

인문사회과학캠퍼스: 국제관 1층 학생라운지

자연과학캠퍼스: 학생회관 1층 소강당

○ 준비물

대여자 본인 실물 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 외국인등록증, 여권 등), 개인 가방

※ 본교 학생증은 대여자 신분 보증 목적으로의 제출이 불가합니다.

※ 신분증은 반납 전까지 총학생회 측에서 보관합니다.

○ 사전 신청 기간

2026. 2. 9. (월) - 2026. 2. 23. (월)

○ 대여 신청 방법

1. GLS(PC 버전) 접속

2. [신청/자격관리] -> [금학기졸업자학위복대여신청] 클릭

3. 최초 방문 예정 일자, 방문 캠퍼스, 환불 계좌정보 입력 및 신청

4. 발급된 가상계좌로 대여료(5,000원 / 7,000원) 입금

○ 학위복 대여료: 학사 5,000원 / 석사 7,000원

※ 현금 수납은 불가합니다.

※ 대여료를 지불한 이후 학위복을 대여하지 않은 경우, 추후 일괄적으로 환불해 드릴 예정입니다.

❄️ 학위복 중복 대여 안내

○ 학위복 대여에는 횟수 제한이 없으나, 1회당 1벌만 대여 가능합니다.

○ 학위복 지각 반납 또는 미반납 시 이후 사업 기간 내 추가적인 대여가 불가합니다.

○ 대여료는 학위복 최초 대여 시에만 납부하시면 됩니다.

○ 최초 대여 이후 중복 대여 시 별도의 조치 없이 현장에 방문하시면 대여가 가능합니다.

※ 최초 대여 시에는 세탁된 학위복을 대여해 드리지만, 중복 대여부터는 반납된 학위복을 재사용하여 대여해 드립니다.

❄️ 연체료 안내

○ 학위복은 대여 횟수와 관계없이 대여 당일 18시까지 반드시 반납해 주셔야 합니다.

○ 대여 당일 18시 이후에 반납하시는 경우에는 연체료가 부과되며, 이후 남은 사업 기간 동안의 대여가 불가합니다.

○ 연체료

대여 당일 지각: 10,000원 ※ 1일 연체: 15,000원

1일 연체 이후 1일당 10,000원의 연체료 부과

※ 지불하신 연체료는 총학생회 학생회비로 귀속될 예정입니다.

❄️ 주차 안내

○ 학위복 대여자에 한하여 주차 요금 할인을 도와드릴 예정입니다.

○ 주차 요금

인문사회과학캠퍼스: 4시간 3,000원

자연과학캠퍼스: 4시간 2,000원

○ 주차 요금 정산 절차

1. 기본 카메라 앱으로 QR코드 스캔

2. 차량번호 4자리 입력 후 차량 선택

3. 주차요금 확인 후 모바일 결제

4. 모바일 결제 완료 후 출차

※ QR코드는 대여 현장에서 제공됩니다.

※ 주차 정산 후 30분 초과하여 출차 시 추가요금이 부과됩니다.

❄️ 기타 안내

○ 본 대여 사업에서는 성균관대학교 전통 학위복만을 대여해 드립니다.

○ 학위복 대리 수령 및 대리 반납은 불가하며, 대여자 본인이 직접 수령 및 반납해 주셔야 합니다.

○ 손망실 비용

전통 학사복 세트: 132,000원

전통 석사복 세트: 179,000원

※ 각 부품별 손망실 비용은 현장에서 안내 후 청구될 예정입니다.

The 2026 Winter Graduation Gown Rental Program will be conducted as follows. Please review the schedule carefully.

❄️ Graduation Gown Rental Guide

○ Program Target
February 2026 Graduates
※ This graduation gown rental program provides graduation gown for bachelor's and master's degree recipients only.
※ Undergraduates, program completers, and alumni are not eligible to rent graduation gown.

○ Program Schedule
Rental Period: February 12, 2026 (Thu) - February 25, 2026 (Wed) (Excluding February 15 (Sun) - February 18 (Wed), due to Lunar New Year holiday)
Rental Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Daily)
Return Policy: Graduation Gown must be returned by 6:00 PM on the rental date. A late fee will be charged for overdue returns.

○ Rental Location
Humanities and Social Sciences Campus: International Hall, 1st Floor (Student Lounge)
Natural Sciences Campus: Student Center, 1st Floor (Auditorium)

○ Required Items
The renter's valid physical ID (driver's license, residence card, passport, etc.) and a personal bag
※ Student IDs are not accepted for renting graduation gown.
※ A valid physical ID will be held by the SKKU Student Council until the graduation gown is returned.

○ Pre-registration Period
February 9, 2026 (Mon) - February 23, 2026 (Mon)

○ Rental Application Procedure
1. Access GLS page (PC version)
2. [Application/Graduation Requirements Management] – [Application for Graduation Gown Rental]
3. Enter your initial intended date of visit, campus, refund bank account information, and submit the application.
4. Transfer the rental fee (KRW 5,000 / 7,000) to the issued virtual bank account.

○ Graduation Gown Rental Fee: Bachelor KRW 5,000 / Master KRW 7,000
※ Cash payments are not accepted.
※ If the rental fee is paid but the graduation gown is not rented, the fee will be refunded.

❄️ Notice on Multiple Times Rental

○ There is no limit on the number of rentals, however only one graduation gown may be rented per rental.
○ Late or non-returned graduation gowns will result in suspension of further rentals during the program period.
○ The rental fee is charged only for the initial rental.
○ Subsequent rentals after the initial rental may be made in person without additional procedures.
※ For the initial rental, a cleaned graduation gown will be provided. For subsequent rentals, previously returned gowns will be reissued.

❄️ Late Fee Notice

○ Regardless of the number of rentals, graduation gowns must be returned by 6:00 PM on the rental date.
○ Graduation gowns returned after 6:00 PM will incur a late fee, and no further rentals will be permitted for the remainder of the program period.

○ Late Fee
Late return on the rental date: KRW 10,000 ※ 1-day overdue: KRW 15,000
Each additional day after the first day: KRW 10,000 per day
※ Late fees collected will be allocated to the Student Council's student activity fund.

❄️ Parking Information

○ Parking fee discounts will be provided only for graduation gown renters.

○ Parking Fees
Humanities and Social Sciences Campus: KRW 3,000 for 4 hours
Natural Sciences Campus: KRW 2,000 for 4 hours

○ Parking Payment Procedure
1. Scan the QR code using the default camera app.
2. Enter the last four digits of your vehicle number and select your vehicle.
3. Check the parking fee and complete payment via mobile payment.
4. Exit the parking facility after payment is complete.
※ QR codes will be provided at the rental location.
※ Additional charges will apply if exited more than 30 minutes after parking payment.

❄️ Additional Information

○ Only SKKU's traditional graduation gowns are available for rental.
○ Proxy pick-up and return are not permitted. The renter must pick up and return the graduation gown in person.
○ Loss and Damage Fees
Traditional Bachelor's Graduation Gown Set: KRW 132,000
Traditional Master's Graduation Gown Set: KRW 179,000
※ Fees for individual items will be informed and charged on-site.
