성균인 여러분이 2026 ESKARA: 초록의 파도를 더욱 안전하고 재미있게 즐기실 수 있도록 행사 복지를 제공합니다.

- 축제 기간 학부 수업 온라인 전환

• 10월 1일(목) - 10월 2일(금) 행사 기간 학부 수업이 온라인으로 전환됩니다.

* 단, 교강사 재량에 따라 수업 운영 방식이 상이할 수 있으며, 수업별 운영 방식에 따라 일부 과목은 기존과 동일하게 오프라인으로 진행될 수 있습니다.

- 기숙사 통금 연장

• 축제 기간 학우 여러분의 원활한 귀가를 위하여 10월 1일(목) 인사캠, 자과캠 양 캠퍼스의 기숙사 통금이 완화됩니다.

• 기존 1:00 → 연장 2:00

* 10월 2일(금) - 10월 3일(토) 사이에는 기존처럼 통금 시간이 적용되지 않습니다.

- 건강센터 운영 연장

• 교내 안전사고 발생에 대비하여 ESKARA: 초록의 파도 양일간 자연과학캠퍼스 건강센터의 운영 시간이 연장됩니다.

* 연장 운영 시간: 09:00 - 22:00

* 위치: 성균관대학교 자연과학캠퍼스 복지회관 2층

- 배리어 프리 존 운영 및 실시간 자막 송출

• 거동이 불편한 성균인을 대상으로 배리어 프리 존을 운영하며, 아티스트 공연 동안 전광판 화면으로 실시간 자막이 송출됩니다.

• 유의 사항

- 교내 장애학생지원센터에 등록된 학우분들께는 학교를 통해 안내될 사전 수요조사에 응답해 주시기 바랍니다.

* 수요조사에 응답한 학우분들께는 9월 28일(월) - 9월 30일(수) 중으로 개별 연락을 드릴 예정입니다.

* 수요조사에 응답하지 못한 학우분들께서는 장애학생지원센터에 이용 의사를 알려 주시기 바랍니다.

- 장애학생 외, 휠체어나 목발 이용 등으로 인해 배리어 프리 존 이용을 희망하실 경우 현장 실무단에게 이용 의사를 알려 주시면 담당자가 확인 후 입장을 도와드릴 예정입니다.

- 신원 확인을 위해 신분증과 학생증(실물 또는 KINGO-M)을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 보호자 1명의 동행이 가능하며, 보호자에 대한 신원 확인이 진행될 수 있습니다.

- 배리어 프리 존 내부에는 의자가 마련되며, 사전에 요청하지 않으실 경우 이용이 어려울 수 있습니다.

[2026 ESKARA: Waves of Green Festival Event Welfare Guide]

As countless lights come together to form one green wave,

2026 ESKARA: Waves of Green is set to be filled with the unity and passion of the SKKU community

To support a safer and more enjoyable festival experience, the following welfare measures will be provided.

- Temporary Shift to Online Classes

• Undergraduate classes will be conducted online from Oct 1 (Thu) to Oct 2 (Fri).

* Depending on professors, some classes may remain offline.

- Dormitory Curfew Extension

• To support safe return, dormitory curfew will be extended on Oct 1 (Thu) for both campuses.

• Existing 01:00 AM → Extended 02:00 AM

* From Oct 2 (Fri) to Oct 3 (Sat), no curfew will be applied as usual.

- Extended Health Center Hours

• The Health Center will operate with extended hours during the festival to respond to emergencies.

* Hours: 09:00 AM – 10:00 PM

* Location: Welfare Hall, 2F (Natural Sciences Campus)

- Barrier-free zone and live captioning available

• A barrier-free zone is provided for Seongkyun members with mobility challenges, with real-time captions displayed on an electronic screen during the artist’s performance.

• Notes

- Students registered with the On-Campus Support Center for Students with Disabilities are requested to respond to the pre-need survey that will be provided by the school.

* Students who respond to the demand survey will be contacted individually between Monday, September 28 and Wednesday, September 30.

* Students who were unable to respond to the needs survey are requested to inform the Disability Support Center of their intention to use the service.

- If you, in addition to students with disabilities, wish to use a barrier-free zone due to using a wheelchair, crutches, or similar, please inform the on-site staff, and the person in charge will assist you upon verification.

- Please be sure to bring your ID card and student ID (physical or KINGO-M) for identity verification.

- One guardian may accompany you, and their identity may be verified.

- Chairs are provided inside the barrier-free zone; use may not be available without prior request.
