1학년 전공과목 P/F 평가 제도 운영 방식 변경에 따른 후속 대응을 안내드립니다.

학교 본부에서는 7월 28일 자로 2026학년도 2학기부터 ‘1학년 전공과목 P/F 평가 제도’가 시행될 예정임을 발표하였습니다.

이에 S'PEAK는 금학기 수강신청 시작 이전, '1학년 전공과목 P/F 평가 제도 의견 수렴을 위한 설문조사'를 진행하여 학교 측에 제도 운영 방식에 대한 설문 분석 자료 및 주요 우려사항에 대한 질의서를 전달하였으며, 2026-2학기는 해당 제도를 기존 원안대로 시행할 예정임을 전달받아 이를 학우 여러분께 안내드린 바 있습니다.

그러나 학교 본부에서 9월 1일 자로 1학년 전공과목 P/F 평가 제도의 적용 대상을 1학년 대계열제 학생으로 축소 변경할 것임을 공지하였습니다.

수강신청 시작 이후 제도의 적용 대상이 변경됨에 따라 학우 여러분의 수강 및 학업에 실질적인 불이익이 발생할 수 있다고 판단하여 후속 대응을 진행하였습니다.

[Follow-up Response Regarding Changes to the Freshmen Major Courses P/F Grading System]

Greetings, we are the 58th SKKU Student Council, S’PEAK.

This notice provides an update on the follow-up measures taken after collecting student opinions regarding the Freshmen Major Courses P/F Grading System.

On July 28, the University announced that the ‘Freshmen Major Courses P/F Grading System’ would be implemented starting from the second semester of the 2026 academic year.

Before course registration for the semester began, S’PEAK conducted a survey to collect student opinions on the Freshmen Major Courses P/F Grading System. The survey responses, analysis, and a list of key concerns were submitted to the University. The University subsequently informed S’PEAK that the system would be implemented as originally planned, and this was communicated to the student body.

However, on September 1, the University announced that the scope of the Freshmen Major Courses P/F Grading System would be changed and limited to first-year students in the College-based major system.

As the scope of the system was changed after course registration had begun, S’PEAK determined that the change could result in practical disadvantages for students in their academic work and proceeded with follow-up measures.
