[2026학년도 교내 와이파이 성능 개선 계획 보고 및 이용 방법 FAQ]

안녕하세요, 성균관대학교 제58대 총학생회 S'PEAK입니다.

교내에는 다양한 무선 인터넷 네트워크가 제공되고 있습니다.
그러나 Wi-Fi의 종류와 세부 이용 방법을 알지 못해, 문제 해결 방법을 찾지 못하여 지속적으로 불편을 겪는 상황이 많습니다.

S'PEAK는 학우 여러분의 원활한 Wi-Fi 이용을 돕기 위해, 지난 5월부터 실시 중인 '교내 와이파이 이용 실태 및 불편 사항 조사'를 토대로 학교 본부에 네트워크 개선 조치를 요구하였습니다.

이에 따른 학교 본부와의 면담 결과와 향후 계획, 그리고 교내 와이파이와 관련하여 자주 문의하는 사항을 정리하여 공유해 드립니다.

[2026 Academic Year Campus Wi-Fi Improvement Plan and FAQ]

Greetings, we are the 58th SKKU Student Council, S'PEAK.

Various wireless internet networks are available across campus. However, differences between Wi-Fi networks and their specific access methods are not always clear, making it difficult to identify solutions when connectivity issues occur.

To support smoother Wi-Fi access on campus, S’PEAK requested network improvements from the University based on the results of the “Campus Wi-Fi Usage & Issues Survey,” which has been conducted since May.

This post summarizes the results of discussions with the University, upcoming plans for network improvements, and frequently asked questions regarding campus Wi-Fi.
