8월의 끝을 맞아 성균관대학교 학우 여러분들을 대상으로 야구 단체 관람을 진행합니다.

○ 안내 사항
- 일시: 2026. 8. 27. (목) 19:00 KT 위즈 VS 두산 베어스 (17:00부터 입장 가능)
- 장소: 수원KT위즈파크
- 대상: 성균관대학교 학부 재학생 및 휴학생
- 신청 가능 인원: 1인 1매, 선착순 600명
- 신청 기간: 8. 16. (일) 12:00 – 8. 26. (수) 23:59
- 신청 방법: 아래 링크 혹은 총학생회 인스타그램 링크트리의 구글폼 작성 및 티켓 비용 입금

* 구글 계정으로 로그인 후 응답 가능합니다.

○ 좌석 배치 안내
- 구역: 406, 407, 408, 409
- 좌석은 현장 선착순으로 앞자리부터 순차적으로 배정됩니다.
- 현장에서는 일행과 함께 앉을 수 있도록 최대한 배려할 예정이니, 함께 관람하실 분과는 같이 줄을 서주시기 바랍니다.
* 선착순으로 배정되므로 개별 좌석 선택은 불가한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

○ 입금 안내
- 티켓 가격: 스카이존 11,000원
- 구글폼 작성과 입금 ‘두 가지’를 모두 완료해 주셔야 합니다.
- 입금자명은 ‘본인 이름 + 휴대전화 끝 네 자리’로 작성해 주시기 바랍니다. (ex. 김성균1398)
- 구글폼에 기재된 계좌로 입금하신 후, 구글폼을 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 신청이 정상적으로 접수되면, 구글폼에 기재된 번호로 익일 22시 - 23시에 확인 문자가 발송됩니다.
* 22시 이후 입금 건은 모레 22시 - 23시에 확인 문자가 발송됩니다.
* 신청은 입금순으로 마감됩니다.
- 입금 후 환불은 어려우니 양해 부탁드립니다.

○ 당일 티켓 배부 안내
- 티켓 배부 장소: 추후 문자 안내
- 티켓 배부 시간: 경기 당일 16:30 – 18:50 (경기 시작 10분 전까지)
* 티켓 수령 시, 신분증과 학생증(실물 또는 KINGO-M) ‘두 가지’ 모두 지참해 주셔야 본인 확인이 가능합니다.
* 티켓 배부 시간 이후 도착하실 경우 티켓 수령이 어려울 수 있으니 배부 시간에 맞춰서 티켓 배부 장소로 방문해 주시기 바랍니다.

○ 티켓 대리 수령 안내
- 티켓은 원칙적으로 본인 수령만 가능하나, 부득이하게 대리 수령이 필요한 경우, 대리인이 ‘신청자 본인’의 실물 신분증과 KINGO-M 캡처본(또는 실물 학생증)을 지참한 경우에 한해 수령이 가능합니다.
* 원칙적으로 대리 수령은 1인당 1매로 제한됩니다.

○ 굿즈 배부 안내
- 야구를 관람하시는 학우분들에게 굿즈 2종(응원 타올, 부채)을 무료 배부할 예정입니다.

[2026 SKKU Group Baseball Game Event]

Greetings, we are the 58th SKKU Student Council, S'PEAK.

To wrap up August, a group baseball game event is prepared for SKKU students.

○ Event Information
- Date & Time: Aug 27 (Thu) 7:00 PM
(KT Wiz VS Doosan Bears, entry from 5:00 PM)
- Location: Suwon KT Wiz Park
- Eligibility: SKKU undergraduate students (including students on leave)
- Tickets: 1 per person, first-come, first-served (600 seats)
- Application Period: Aug 16 (Sun) 12:00 PM – Aug 26 (Wed) 11:59 PM
- How to Apply: Submit the Google Form via the link below or via the link in the Student Council Instagram bio, and complete payment
- Application Link: https://forms.gle/Bj8zgxGWYEVnVexH6 
* Login with a Google account is required.

○ Seating Information
- Sections: 406, 407, 408, 409
- Seats will be assigned on-site in order of arrival, starting from the front rows.
- Efforts will be made to seat groups together, so please line up together if attending as a group.
* Individual seat selection is not available.

○ Payment Information
- Ticket Price: Sky Zone 11,000 KRW
- Both form submission and payment must be completed.
- Sender name format: Name + last 4 digits of phone number (e.g., KimSungkyun1398)
- After making the payment to the account listed in the Google Form, please complete the form.
- If the application is successfully received, a confirmation message will be sent to the number written in the Google Form between 10:00 PM–11:00 PM the next day.
* Payments made after 10:00 PM will be confirmed the day after next (10:00 PM–11:00 PM).
* Registration will close in order of payment.
- Refunds are not available after payment.

○ Ticket Pickup (Event Day)
- Location: Behind Gate 2–3, 1st base entrance
- Time: 4:30 PM – 6:50 PM (until 10 minutes before the game)
- ID and student ID (physical card or KINGO-M) are both required.
* Late arrival may result in inability to receive tickets.

○ Proxy Pickup
- Tickets are generally for personal pickup only.
- If necessary, a proxy may pick up the ticket with: Applicant’s physical ID and KINGO-M screenshot (or student ID)
* In principle, proxy pickup is limited to one ticket per person.

○ Free Goods
- Two items will be given: cheering towel and fan
